Our goal is to make your online shopping experience with us as easy, enjoyable and beneficial as possible. It is our priority to ensure this process is as simple and expedient for you as possible.

Prices

On Technology endeavours to offer you competitive prices on our products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax, shipping charges and currency conversion fees.

On Technology reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the ezimerchant website at any time.

Purchases are billed in Australian Dollars. Estimates displayed in other currencies are based on current exchange rates and are subject to market fluctuations and bank variances. On Technology cannot guarantee foreign currency rates, and advises customers to speak to their bank for exact conversion rates.

Should On Technology reduce its price on any shipped product within 7 (seven) calendar days of shipment, you may contact ezimerchant Sales at +61 2 8889 8888 or sales@ezimerchant.com to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit, you must contact ezimerchant Sales within 14 business days of shipment.

Payment Methods

Credit Card

You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet, mail, fax or phone). Credit card billing occurs when your order is shipped.

On Technology accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Please note: some credit cards have daily spending limits that may delay the processing of your order. To enquire about your spending limit, please contact your credit provider or financial institution. On Technology cannot ship an order until payment has been approved by our bank.

On Technology must receive your payment within 10 calendar days or your order will be cancelled. Please allow 1 business day for order processing after On Technology receives your payment.

Due to the large number of orders On Technology receives, it is not practical for us to accept any other form of payment for individual orders.

NOTE: On Technology will never ask for your credit card details by email. Please do not email us your credit card details under any circumstances.

PayPal

On Technology does accept PayPal as an alternative method for Internet orders only.

Product Availability

Every effort is made to ship your order within 1 business day, however circumstances beyond our control may cause a delay. If a delay beyond this occurs, On Technology will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

Please allow 3-4 days for delivery within Australia, or 3-4 weeks for overseas orders.

Given the popularity of some products, On Technology may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted on the ezimerchant web site. This information is subject to change.

On Technology endeavours to stay at the forefront of technological advancement. For this reason, On Technology reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.

Product Warranty

All ezimerchant products sold on this website are brand new, and carry a 30 day Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Please Note: Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect voids any warranties, expressed or implied.

Global Transaction Server (GTS)

Ongoing Monthly Fees

Use of some ezimerchant products incurs an ongoing monthly fee for access to the Global Transaction Server (GTS), which is displayed on the information page for those products. This monthly fee is charged for all months when your account is active and people are able to purchase through the GTS, even if no orders are received.

Details on how to disable purchasing via the GTS service for your account are available from ezimerchant support on +61 2 8889 8811. 

Your account will not be billed for GTS access if it is disabled for the entire month. If it is enabled at any point during the month, for any duration of time, the full monthly fee will be charged to your account.

GTS fees are only payable by credit card. During registration you are requested to provide a valid credit card that On Technology accepts. Billing of your monthly GTS fees is done against this account. A Tax Invoice will be sent to the email address you nominate during registration.

It is a condition of sale that you accept the monthly charges for activation of the GTS service.

On Technology may, on an annual basis, increase the GTS fee specified in order to reflect inflation and other reasonable cost increases to On Technology. You will be sent written notice of any such GTS fee increase in writing (by letter or email) 30 days before the increase comes into effect.

As with any business service, timely payment of your GTS account is important. ezimerchant will attempt to remind you, by email, if your GTS account is overdue or the credit card we have on file has expired.

On Technology makes multiple attempts to notify merchants that have not been automatically billed, including:

ezimerchant GTS Accounts that remain unpaid for more than 14 days are subject to "Suspension of Order Downloading".

When this occurs, the merchant GTS Account is still active, and customers can continue to order from the merchant. The merchant and customer will continue to receive order notifications (with the exception of "send order details to someone else" notices which are sent as general order notifications, without the details of the order). The merchant however, will not be able to access or download the details of the order, until the account is brought up to date.

Merchants who have the order downloading suspended, can continue trading once their GTS Direct Debit Authorisation form has been processed by the ezimerchant accounts team.

Merchants who attempt to download orders when they are suspended, will receive an error message in the ezimerchant client, advising them that order downloading is suspended, and to contact support.

Please note: If an account remains unpaid, it may be permanently disabled / cancelled.

Refused Payments

Should payment for the GTS be refused, access to the GTS service may be denied. We suggest that you keep an available balance on your card greater than the GTS service fee to ensure continuous service.

Reactivation of account

If your account is deactivated by On Technology for non-payment or at your request, a fee of $49.95 AUD may be billed to you should you wish to reactive your GTS account. This fee is in addition to any outstanding GTS fees you may have. Payment of this fee and any outstanding fees must be received by On Technology before the account will be reactivated.

Cancellation of GTS service

Should you wish to permanently cancel your GTS service, you will need to contact ezimerchant support on +61 2 8889 8811 or via support@ezimerchant.com You will need to provide proof that you are the owner of the account (along with your username and password). On Technology will then disable your access to the service, and confirm this via email to the email address provided during registration.

Your account will be billed with the final month of access at the end of the month.

Changes to your nominated GTS billing card

Should the credit card you have provided to On Technology change or expire, you are expected to notify On Technology of the change within 5 business days. DO NOT SEND US YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS BY EMAIL. On Technology requires all changes to credit card numbers be faxed or mailed on our Debit Authorisation Form. ezimerchant End-User Licenses

Your use of ezimerchant products is on the terms of the End-User Licence in effect for the software at the time of purchase. You will be asked to agree to the terms of the applicable licence at the time that you install the software.

You may review examples of some of On Technology's End-User Licences, including limitations and exclusions, before your purchase, by clicking on the appropriate link below.

Please be aware, however, that your purchase is subject to the particular licence that accompanies the software, and that you must agree to the terms and conditions of that licence when you install the software. That licence may differ from the licences you can review here. Be certain to read the applicable licence carefully before you install the software.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of an ezimerchant product, please call ezimerchant Sales on +61 2 8889 8888 to lodge a Refund or Return request within 14 days of the receipt of the product. Your request will be considered within 7 business days, and if successful, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation Notice.

If the item is returned in the original box, we will exchange it for you or offer a refund based on your original method of payment.

The product must be returned to On Technology with a copy of the Return Authorisation Notice within 10 business days of the authorisation of the Refund or Return request. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, cds, and registration that shipped with the product.

Please note that On Technology does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

  1. A product that has been configured to your specifications
  2. A product that does not work with a custom theme

Please do not send us any items you wish to return without consulting us first. We will not refund or accept the return of any product that does not have an accompanying Return Authorisation Notice.

If your return is not due to On Technology's error, we will deduct shipping costs from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: On Technology recommends that you:

  1. Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns
  2. Either insure your package for safe return to On Technology or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to follow both these recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please enquire with your carrier about the waiting period for activating a tracking search for lost shipments to ensure that you do not invalidate the terms of refund or return.

Carrier charges for returning product are the responsibility of the purchaser.

On Technology reserves the right to test any returned product. If the customer misrepresents the condition of the product, On Technology may impose a handling fee of up to $500.00.

Defective Media

If you discover what you believe is a media defect for any ezimerchant branded product, please contact ezimerchant Sales on +61 2 8889 8888. On Technology will endeavour to ship replacement media within 2 business days. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's standard warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.

Proof of Purchase

On Technology will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.

Sales Tax

Orders purchased and shipped within Australia will attract 10% GST. International orders will not attract GST. The Proof of Purchase that On Technology mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.

Shipping Options

On Technology offers domestic and international shipping by Australia Post.

Shipping Details

The shipment date of your order is usually within 1 business day, and does not necessarily include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment (or a full authorisation, in the case of a credit card).

Please allow 3-4 days for delivery within Australia, or 3-4 weeks for overseas orders.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

Please Note: Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you upon delivery.

Charge Back / Payment Reversal

When a charge back / payment reversal is received by On Technology for the purchase of a product or GTS fee, On Technology will attempt to contact you by email or phone. On Technology will seek written authorisation from you for the charge and ongoing future charges, on the form we provide to you in the email. You will need to post or fax back the completed authorisation form to On Technology within 5 business days. On Technology will forward this completed form to the inquiring credit agencies as proof of your authorisation for the charges.

Should On Technology not receive the completed form in time, or should the charge back be completed by the bank, On Technology may cancel your license and/or GTS access.

A $49.50 handling fee will be charged, and On Technology's sole discretion, to your account where a valid authorisation form exists for a charge back/reversal.

Custom Themes

One of ezimerchant's features is that it enables you to customise your website. However, On Technology cannot guarantee that products will perform as expected with customisations. 

While we cannot offer a money-back guarantee, our Technical Support staff are available to provide free technical assistance over the phone on +61 2 8889 8811 any business day Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:30pm, or via email at support@ezimerchant.com

If you choose to take advantage of this feature, please make a back up to guard against any potential data loss.

Other Terms and Conditions

On Technology is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of Sale and Return at any time. On Technology will update this Sales and Returns Policy as its policy changes, so we advise you to keep checking back at this page for further updates.
