How do I tell what version of ezimerchant Professional is installed on my PC?

Due to customer feedback and feature requests, ezimerchant Professional is continually updated. We recommend all ezimerchant Professional users keep their systems up-to-date with the latest version of ezimerchant Professional to ensure the most reliable and secure experience as possible.

Before updating, you will need to know the what version you currently have installed. Please follow the steps below to determine exactly what version of ezimerchant Professional you have installed.

STEP 1

From the main menu in ezimerchant Professional there is a 'Help' menu. Click on the Help menu and then click 'About' as demonstrated below...

You should see a screen similar to the following:

The About screen contains important information about your version of ezimerchant Professional.

You can compare the version number with the version specified on the ezimerchant Professional updates page and determine if you have an older version or the current version. If you have an older version of ezimerchant Professional we highly recommend you update.
