How can I change the credit card details that are used to charge me for the Global Transaction server?

With the latest versions of ezimerchant professional you have the ability to change the credit card details that will be used to charge you for access to the Global Transaction Server. (Please note: You must be registered before you can change your credit card details)

STEP 1

To change your credit card details you will need to open ezimerchant Professional and open your web site. Once you are on the main screen click on the 'Registration Details' option.

STEP 2

Click Next.

STEP 3

Choose the option 'I wish to modify some of my registration details' and then click Next.

STEP 4

Keep clicking the Next button until you reach the following screen...

STEP 5

Tick the 'Change Payment Details' box and then enter your new credit card information. When you have finished entering the information click Next.

STEP 6

Click the Update GTS button.

STEP 7

Enter your username and password and click OK.

STEP 8

ezimerchant will now update the GTS server. After the server update is complete you should see the following screen. You can click Close to finish.

The next time On Technology charges you for the On Technology Global Transaction server your new credit card details will be used.
