Why is credit card processing disabled in the Manage Payments screen?
Credit card processing through the ezimerchant order management interface requires ezimerchant Deferred real-time processing to be enabled. Until this functionality is enabled, you will see the following screen when you attempt to add a payment:
Once ezimerchant Deferred real-time processing is enabled, you will see the following screen for orders where there is no credit card data on file:
and the following screen for orders where credit card data is on file:
