shopbot.com.au Integration Guide

The more places your products can be seen by potential shoppers, the more products you will sell. shopbot.com.au can help you get exposure on high profile websites by offering you product placement on a pay per click basis.

In order for shopbot.com.au to do this, they require a product data feed. ezimerchant Professional can now create data feeds for several shopping comparison engines, including shopbot.com.au.

How does it work?

When merchants sign up with the shopbot.com.au Network, they provide a list of the products that they sell (the data feed). shopbot.com.au then promote these products on their shopbot.com.au site. Merchants pay a small fee when shoppers click on their offer.

What is a product data feed?

A data feed is a structured file that lists all the products you would like to list on the shopbot.com.au network. Ideally, a data feed should be automatically kept up-to-date. Doing this manually would be extremely time consuming and error prone, but don't worry, ezimerchant does all this for you automatically.
