All goods promoted in association with the Australian Made logo must meet a two part compliance test as set out in the Trade Practices Act and the Campaign's own Code of Practice. Breaches of the Act are a serious matter. Licensees agree to be bound by rules and conditions that relate to record keeping and compliance, and are subject to auditing by the Campaign.
